Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not. We have worked from complete beginners to exercise through to elite athletes. It's all in the process and taking baby steps through progression to achieving your goals. 

How long are training sessions?

Sessions are typically one hour long but under certain circumstances other options may be available.
